Lionel is passionate about small and medium size business success.  Having grown up in a family of small business owners, and owing his own businesses, he sees this sector as the life blood of any thriving economy.  (About 32% of Australian GDP in 2018-2019 / 91% of all business in Australia having less $2mil in turnover)

 

Lionel has experience in banking and financial services, wholesale, retail and construction.  With broad based experience of finance, operations, IT and law, he is a well-rounded CFO.  With this skill set he is able to offer more than just financial advice but is able to be a true strategic CFO business partner which saves companies thousands of dollars by limiting the requirement for a number of advisory services.
